    Educational institutions of the 21st century function in complex environmental realities and contexts, they are influenced by a variety of continuous changes in their immediate and near environment. Today it is necessary to develop a direction and leadership capable of responding effectively to the present and future reality to guarantee educational spaces. The capacity of an educational institution to improve depends on leaders who actively contribute to energize, support and encourage the educational community to generate a culture of learning and continuous improvement. In this context, the Hebraica University offers the Master in Management and Leadership of Innovative Educational Institutions. Why study the MASTER’S DEGREE at the UH?

    • The emphasis on the leadership axis promotes the development of managerial competencies that influence results-oriented performance, innovation and the competitiveness of educational institutions of this century.
    • A personalized training approach that starts from an initial diagnosis of managerial skills and is complemented by support through mentoring, throughout the 6 cycles.
    • In addition to the subject “Management skills”, we offer a battery of tests that measure personality traits and skills, so that each student can learn more about their own thinking, learning, communication and decision-making processes. This allows future graduates to have more tools to explore the possibilities, effects and implications of their personal profile in relation to their professional career and even to everyday life.
    • It involves the participation of successful managers of recognized formal and non-formal educational organizations, who guide the participant during their professional and personal training process.
    • We have a faculty of doctors and experts in teaching and in their professional field, as well as visiting professors and specialists in the field.
    • It integrates a study program designed according to the research of the Avney Rosha Center of Israel.
    • It allows the knowledge of best practices, active, collaborative and situated learning through their professional practices.
    • It opens the space for the construction of learning communities and knowledge-generating organizations.
    • It uses national and international cases, which favor meaningful learning, transfer and the applicability of diverse models.
    • Promotes disruptive thinking in students, through which they seek to do things differently.

    It includes special seminars with the HEBRAICA seal, which delve into the theme of the 3 curricular axes: MANAGEMENT, EDUCATIONAL INNOVATION, LEADERSHIP.

    This program has a collaboration agreement with the Melton Center for Jewish Education at the Seymour Fox School of Education of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem to obtain up to 8 academic credits of the master's courses offered by said institution, including online courses .
