    Educational institutions of the 21st century function in complex environmental realities and contexts, they are influenced by a variety of continuous changes in their immediate and near environment. Today it is necessary to develop a direction and leadership capable of responding effectively to the present and future reality to guarantee educational spaces. The capacity of an educational institution to improve depends on leaders who actively contribute to energize, support and encourage the educational community to generate a culture of learning and continuous improvement. In this context, the Hebraica University offers the Master in Management and Leadership of Innovative Educational Institutions. Why study the MASTER’S DEGREE at the UH?

    • The emphasis on the leadership axis promotes the development of managerial competencies that influence results-oriented performance, innovation and the competitiveness of educational institutions of this century.
    • A personalized training approach that starts from an initial diagnosis of managerial skills and is complemented by support through mentoring, throughout the 6 cycles.
