Secretary General of CADENA Mundial. Philosopher, activist, altruist and tireless entrepreneur. He is a professor and founder of the Master’s in Leadership for International Humanitarian Action at the UH. As an advocate for humanitarian aid, he has received numerous awards and honors from governments, international agencies, and countries around the world. He is a promoter of UNDRR in the “Resilient Cities in Mexico” campaign and Trusted Member of the Start Network in London. He was also part of the Mexican Delegation at the Sendai Summit, Japan (2015), as well as the Humanitarian Aid Summit in Istanbul (2016). Over the past 15 years he has applied his knowledge and led numerous humanitarian aid missions to victims of natural disasters and conflicts around the world.
