Master and Graduate in Philosophy from UNAM. He has extensive experience in the educational sector where he has served as Secretary General of the Division of Postgraduate Studies, Career Coordinator and Teacher at UNAM in various areas, Director of Distance Education and Academic Director at the University of the Claustro de Sor Juana, and Academic Director of Innova Schools México. He has publications in the CONACYT on information ethics, author of the book “Didactics of technology” Published in 2008 by UNAM. He has participated in several award-winning technological research projects Awarded for “Best Practices in Distance Education” by IBERVIRTUAL and is a founding member of the Latin American Network of Information Ethics.
