Dean and professor of Jewish Studies at the Hebraic University of Mexico . He completed with honors his academic training at the universities of Buenos Aires, at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and at the National Autonomous University of Mexico, where he obtained his doctorate in Political and Social Sciences.
