Professor of the Master in Management and Leadership of Innovative Educational Institutions of the UH. Consultant and advisor on leadership, strategy and development issues. He has extensive experience as a business director for the past 15 years. He is GLOBE Country Investigator for Mexico. As well as Ambassador in Mexico of the International Organization of Executives in Human Capital based in Madrid. He has a Doctorate in Administrative Sciences, a Master in Organizational Development and is currently studying a postgraduate degree in Transcultural Leadership with a focus on leadership and gender.
