Graduate in Clinical Psychology from UNAM and master in Comprehensive Care of Drug Use, from the Universidad Veracruzana; He has a long history of 30 years working mainly in the Federal Public Administration in activities of design and development of public policies against addictions and as head of national programs against alcohol abuse, smoking and drug dependence. He has been part of various inter-institutional groups and has represented our country in meetings of international organizations specialized in drug demand reduction.
