Graduated from the Hebrew University and the Gordon College Institute of Haifa-Israel. Participant in the international program for higher educators of the diaspora at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, at the Melton Institute. Teacher with 40 years of experience in Jewish education, proactive and didactic trainer of practicing teachers and leader in the formation of work teams. He directed the Primary School of the Israelite School of Mexico for four years and promoted the methodological change of teaching and student learning under the Project Based Learning theory (PBL).
