Surgeon graduated from the Universidad Veracruzana. She has a specialty in Psychiatry at the “Fray Bernardino Álvarez” Psychiatric Hospital and a Subspecialty in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the “Dr. Juan N. Navarro ”, both endorsed by UNAM. He has a Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration from the Institute for Higher Studies in Public Administration. He currently works as the Medical Coordinator of the Comprehensive Mental Health Center of Mexico City.
